Mandated cuts to greenhouse gas emissions and energy by buildings across New York (S9405)
Created the NYS Environmental Justice Advisory Board and the Environmental Justice Interagency Coordinating Council (S6958)
Passed the Build Public Renewable Act in the Senate, requiring the New York Power Authority become an active participant in the green energy market by providing power exclusively from renewable energy sources (S6453).
